MarketView Analytics delivers instant digital access to business intelligence platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools. All sales are final due to immediate service delivery and non-tangible nature of digital products.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are explicitly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Subscriptions after 7-day exception window
• Custom analytics deployments and configurations
• Downloaded reports, datasets, or exported files
• Services where access has been granted and used
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service quality

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

1. Email: contact@marketview-analytics.com (Subject: "Refund Request - [Order #]")
2. Include: Order number, purchase date, reason for refund, payment method
3. Attach: Screenshots of issue (if technical failure)
4. Response: Within 72 hours with decision
5. Processing: 3-5 business days after approval

5. PAYMENT PROCESSOR POLICIES

Shopify Payments processes all transactions. Chargebacks bypass our process and incur $25 fee + account suspension.

5.1 Chargeback Policy

• $25 chargeback processing fee per incident
• Account suspension pending dispute resolution
• Legal collection for disputed amounts + fees

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All policies apply globally. Currency conversion fees by payment processor non-refundable. Local tax/VAT included where applicable.

7. POLICY MODIFICATION

MarketView Analytics reserves right to modify this policy. Changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
